Why Moonflowers Photography?
I have worked in all facets of the photography business for 10 years. It is my honor each and every session I take to capture your memories! I will add a personal touch to the images we capture but also leave them true to who you are! We will both be able to tell our stories through your photos.
Is there a limit on how many photos I will receive?
The only package that has a photo limit is the Azalea (Basic) with 15 images. This package is for the client who likes to keep things simple. All other packages come with unlimited amount of photos plus other products.
How long does a typical session last?
Sessions can last as long as necessary to capture your story! There is no specified time limit.
What is the best time to capture my story?
If you decide on an outdoor location golden hour is the best time to shoot (1-2 hours before sunset). If you decide on an indoor location any time of day will work!
Do you have a studio location?
Currently I do not have a set studio location but there are tons of locations for us to rent. Depending on the type of shoot we are planning we can always shoot from the comfort of your own home! This works especially well for newborn or lifestyle shoots.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are not refundable, but they will be put toward your overall package total.
When will you receive your photos back after your session?
Typically it takes me about 2-4 weeks to edit and create your gallery. If for any reason it will take longer than that I will get in contact with you to let you know.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule your session you must do so no later than 48 hours before your session date/time. If you must cancel last minute because of special circumstances please contact me by phone at 206-586-6423
Do you backup or otherwise secure images for protection?
Yes, I will keep your photos backed up on an external hard drive for 1 year after your session date, after that all images are subject for deletion.
